Due to the fragile nature of ceramic wares, shipping them means they need to be extra protected and wrapped up to insure that they arrive to their destination in one piece. Usually, alot of the weight of the parcels being shipped containing ceramic goods is packing packing materials. I use recycled boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts whenever possible.
All ordered and shipped pieces are packed with the utmost care. Because ceramic goods needs to be packed and shipped very particularly, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. All sales made from my store are final.
Once your package has been shipped, you will be notified by email with your tracking number.
